Second Cthulhu Wall Relief — Progress Update, plus Special Sneak Peek

Having already completed the first in the Cthulhu series of artifacts, the second design for a new small wall relief is progressing nicely and nearly complete.

As you can see, this one measures approximately 5-inches tall, making it 1/2-inch taller than the previous design. It's also much bulkier. Castings of this sculpt will be made soon after this little guy is ready to be molded…

It's a mini Cthulhu idol. Loosely based off of Lovecraft's original sketch of the beast, sitting on top of a rock slab, it will measure just under 4-inches tall.
